Q1. What is "Any" in Drug and Symptom?
Ans:
"Any" means any existing item in our database. For example, if you want to know that which drug will lead to "Headache", you can type "Any" in Drug and "Headache" in Symptom, then the search engine will search all drugs in the database which will lead to "Headache".
Q2. Is there any rule for using "Any"?
Ans:
First : In Drug, you can type "Any" into textbox for using any drug in query. In Symptom, you can let the Symptom Box be empty for using any symptom in query.
Second : You can use "Any" in single-drug detecting or 2-drugs interaction detecting but not use "Any" in 3-drugs interaction detecting.
Third : The maximum of "Any" in query is one, it means you can only type one "Any" in Drug or do not type anything into Symptom Box.
Fourth : If you type "Any" into textbox for compound-drug interaction detecting, it means any single drug. In other words, it is equal to that you type "Any" into textbox for single-drug detecting.
Q3. What if I type more than one symptom into Symptom Box?
Ans:
If more than one symptom are entered into Symptom box, all of which will be regarded as connected with "OR" operation. For example, if I type "Aspirin" in Drug, "Headache" and "Gastric Ulcer" in Symptom, it means I want to search "Aspirin -> Headache" or "Aspirin -> Gastric Ulcer".
Q4. What is "Chart" in output grid?
Ans:
The "Chart" shows the detail information of specific drug->symptom in output grid, which includes measure values of every quarter, comparison with other drug -> symptom that has the same drug or symptom in output grid.

Ans:
